Robert A. Lynch, Jr.

Mr. Lynch, founder of the law firm, is in his 25th year of law practice. For the past twenty three years, he has focused his practice on personal injury law. He is licensed to practice in all Texas courts and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Lynch has handled over ten thousand injury cases during the course of his practice, and he prides himself on giving his best efforts to all of his cases, whether large or small.

Adrienne Shia Draper

Ms. Draper started with the law firm as a law clerk in 1991. She is now in her 18th year of practice as a workers’ compensation lawyer, and she is Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is proficient in Spanish.

Robin A. Jones

Ms. Jones, a certified paralegal, has been the chief administrator for the law firm since March of 1990. She handles all books and accounts and manages the firm’s financial matters.

Guadalupe Cienfuegos

Ms. Cienfuegos has been the law firm’s office manager since September of 1990. She is responsible for managing all of the firm’s clerical support staff. She is fluent in Spanish.

Sandra P. Gonzalez

Ms. Gonzalez has been Mr. Lynch’s legal secretary since February of 1993. She handles all client intake and case management, along with all calendar items. She is fluent in Spanish.
